The LV league is pleased to announce that we will be restarting the league in the first week in May. This is of course if government restrictions allow us to. All team delegates/captains have been informed and we will be formulating the fixtures as soon as we have a definite number of teams confirmed. For those clubs unsure as yet as to how many teams they can field, you have until the middle of April to let us know.

Due to a change in his circumstances Jason Chapman has stood down as captain of the HARRIERS, we would like to thank Jason for his tenure as Captain. During the last season It became increasing difficult to field a full team for the Harriers and a number of people have indicated that they are not available to play for the team in future, therefore the decision was taken to only enter 2 teams. It is hoped that previous players will find places in the Eagles or Falcons.
Southport Vets League MONDAY AFTERNOONS

I would be prepared to run such a league commencing sometime in the second half of June and running to the end of September on Monday afternoons. Teams would consist of eight players, bearing in mind two of these players could be ladies.

As Lock down Restrictions are altering in our favour It has been decided to have a go this year,
Therefore, we will be operating league Matches, based on Three Divisions,
The Season will be starting on Wednesday 2nd June 2021.
We will be entering 2 teams

Maghull Evening League MONDAY EVENINGS

The Maghull & Formby leagues are looking into the possibility of running a mini league together in May and June.
Given the restrictions in place prior to June 21st, it is clear we are not going to be able to safely run a 10 a side league.
We are looking at running either a 4 or 6 a side league starting at the end of April and finishing before June 21st when hopefully we will then be able to resume 10 a side leagues.
We will look to have matches on Monday and Wednesday nights but will do our very best to accommodate those who can only play certain nights. We will also open the league up to non-Maghull/Formby League clubs in the local area.
So we can start making plans, can you please confirm the following:
1. Does your club wish to participate?
2. How many of your members wish to play?
3. Whether or not your club have toilet facilities available during matches
All teams will need to complete a risk assessment which must be approved by the Leagues before being able to play.
If the league is 4 person teams we will be entering 4 teams
