COMPETITION NEWS 5 – LATEST RESULTS & DATES
VICE-PRESIDENTS PAIRS TROPHY
The Club’s first one-day competition of the season took place in fine weather on Saturday when sixteen pairs took part in the Vice-Presidents Pairs Trophy. Congratulations to Mike Milne and John Unsworth, who took the trophy with a 21-14 win in the final against Jim Halsall and Brian Sutton. The losing semi-finalists were Dave Bannister and Keith Maiden and Mike Dunlop and Dave White.

The Coronation Cup continued to progress last week and all 1st Round games were completed on schedule. Many thanks to all participants for their help in enabling the competition to run smoothly :-

Entries are now being taken for the Rose Bowl, which will take place on Sunday 9th May. To book a place, please contact Mike Milne (michaelmilne66@outlook.com / 07752352065) as soon as possible. This is a singles handicap with plate, starting at 12 noon. Please register by 11.45 am to allow for a prompt start.
